En préparation de la conférence mondiale AMARC 10 que se tiendra du 8
au 13 novembre à la Plata, Argentine l'association mondiale des
radiodiffuseurs communautaires vous invite à participer dans des forum
électroniques sur des enjeux importants des radios communautaires.
Le premier forum aura comme thème LA RADIO COMMUNAUTAIRE, LE CHANGEMENT
CLIMATIQUE ET L'ENVIRONNEMENT.
Ce premier forum électronique commencera le 4 octobre et terminera le 8
octobre .
L'animation sera assurée par Raghu Mainali, de NEFEJ et membre du
conseil de Radio Sagarmatha, (Nepal ) et representant de l'Asie du Sud
dans le conseil de l'AMARC Asie Pacifique.
Raghu Mainali activera le forum électronique avec une présentation
initiale et des questions le 4 octobre à 00:00 heure de Greenwich. Il
fera un premier résumé le mercredi et des commentaires finales le 8 octobre.

Indicateurs de développement des médias - vers la mise sur pied des
indicateurs du développement des radiodiffuseurs communautaires à partir
des indicateurs de l'UNESCO, d,autres indicateurs et des principes de
l'AMARC pour une cadre législatif démocratique..
Animateur: Aleida Calleja, Vice présidente de l'AMARC

Troisième semaine du 8 au 22 octobre 2010
Réponse devant les désastres, leçons d'Indonésie, d'Haïti et de Chili,
développer un système de réponse international stratégique de solidarité
avec les radios communautaires.

Quatrième semaine du 25 au 29 octobre
Pratiques innovatrices dans les radios communautaires et stratégies pour
intégrer et répondre à digitalisation, les plateforme mobile et la
croissance des instruments pour les réseaux sociaux.

Cinquième semaine du 1 au 5 novembre 2010
Les femmes dans la radiodiffusion communautaire. Les stratégies de
l'égalité de genre, la defense des droits des femmes et la construction

PARTICIPATE IN AMARC ELECTRONIC FORUM - THE ROAD TO AMARC 10

In preparation of the AMARC 10 World Conference the World Association of
Community Radio Broadcasters, will be holding a series of electronic
forum on important challenges to Community Radio
The first electronic Forum will be on Community Radio Climate Change and
the environment
This first electronic forum will start on October 4th and finalize on
October 8.
The animator is Raghu Mainali from NEFEJ and board member of Radio
Sagarmatha (Nepal). He is also the South Asia Representative in the
AMARC Asia Pacific Board of Directors.
Raghu Mainali will activate the Forum with a first statement Monday 4th
of October at 00,00 Greenwich time. He will then make a first summary
Wednesday and closing remarks the 8th of October.

The Kalpakkam Community Radio Station (KCRS), first-of-its-kind in any of
the DAE installations is being planned in XI th 5-year Plan at DAE
Township, Kalpakkam under the management of Atomic Energy Central
School-2. Preparations are on for the commissioning of KCRS. The license
to operate KCRS is expected shortly from Ministry of Telecommunications &
Information Technology, New Delhi.

Programme Executive (1 No.)
(a) Qualification & Age: Any Graduate Degree. Good Communication Skills in
Tamil is a must.
Minimum: 35 Years
Degree or Diploma (3-year) in VisCom & Mass Communication
(b) Essential Experience : Minimum 10 Years Experience in Radio and
Television. Should possess Knowledge in computer editing.
Remuneration, tenure etc. : Rs.30,000 per month (Consolidated – No other
allowance is admissible)
Contract period will be initially for one year, which is likely to be
extended by one more year based on performance etc.

Programme Assistant (2 Nos.)
(a) Qualification: Any Graduate Degree. Good Communication Skills in Tamil
is a must.
Age: Minimum: 32 Years.
Degree or Diploma (3-year) in VisCom & Mass Communication.
(b) Essential Experience : Minimum 7 Years Experience in Radio and
Television. Should possess Knowledge in computer editing.
Remuneration, tenure etc. : Rs.25,000 per month (Consolidated – No other
allowance is admissible)
Contract period will be initially for one year, which is likely to be
extended by one more year based on performance etc.

Technical Assistant (1 No.)
(a) Qualification: Diploma in Electronics and Communication or Diploma in
Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Radio
and Television Production
Age: Minimum: 25 Years.
(b) Essential Experience : Minimum 3 Years Experience in Radio and
Television. Maintenance and Operation of transmission equipments,
wireless equipments such as radio etc., Knowledge in computer operation.

Last Date: 27.10.2010.
