SANTA CRUZ-BOLIVIA (Agencia de Noticias Chaco-Amazonía-ANC).- Existen
en Bolivia algunos medios de comunicación, que atravesaron la barrera
de lo permisible en cuanto a posición político-ideológica, traducida
en contenidos mediáticos. Radio Panamericana (red nacional con
presencia internacional, vía "real audio" en internet y por satélite)
es uno de esos medios.
Ejemplo 1: El contenido de su noticiero matinal (de 7:30 a 8:00 a.m.)
del martes 11 de diciembre de 2007, en el que de doce noticias
difundidas, once (92%), son atribuidas a fuentes informativas de la
"oposición política". A ello se suma una puntualísima conexión diaria
(seguramente por contrato, y con fuerte remuneración de por medio) con
VOA ("La Voz de América", radioemisora del gobierno de EE.UU.), con
CNN-radio (Cable Network News, la transnacional experta en
manipulación de noticias) y a través de "Cuidando su salud desde los
EEUU" (programa que describe cómo resolver los males de salud del
sobre-estresante primer mundo).
Ejemplo 2: Cada domingo cerca al mediodía, al menos en los últimos
ocho años, aparecen en esta emisora, cotidianos "visitantes", que más
parecen dueños de esa radio, como ocurre con el empresario Samuel
Doria Medina, ex ministro de Planeamiento de Jaime Paz Zamora, quien
siendo tercero en la elección de 1989, llegó a ser Presidente de la
República, gracias al favor de su socio Hugo Bánzer. Doria Medina
(compañero de gabinete de Jorge Quiroga Ramírez) se muestra nervioso
en Panamericana, probablemente porque la gradual caída del dólar
afecta a sus suculentos negocios del cemento y las hamburguesas.
Ejemplo 3: Panamericana (como otros medios) "ha hecho propias las
voces de las voces de la oposición" política al actual gobierno, como
lo afirma el estudio titulado "Medios y conflicto en Bolivia: Caminos
para fomentar el papel constructivo de los medios en una
gobernabilidad vulnerable", realizado en octubre 2006, por
Internacional Media Support-IIMS (de Dinamarca).
Ejemplo 4: El gerente-propietario de Panamericana, Miguel Antonio
Dueri Antonmaria, fue embajador del Gobierno de Bolivia en Egipto, del
2 de septiembre de 1998, al 31 de mayo de 2000, durante la gestión
gubernamental del ex dictador Hugo Bánzer Suárez, y del empresario
banquero Jorge Quiroga Ramírez (1997-2002).
Por tanto, no podríamos esperar en Panamericana equilibrio
informativo, o un servicio comunicacional-social que favorezca a la
mayoría social, sino contenidos benefician (exclusivamente) a los
grupos económicos del poder, de los que su dueño forma parte.
