[creative-radio] community media in Korea under attack

Dear friends

Our good friends at Mediact in Seoul, South Korea, are facing imminent
closure. By their account this is part of a broader context of repression
of dissenting voices by the ruling party there.

They have launched a petition here;

With the launch of the Community Radio Toolkit in Korea the development of
the community media sector is at a critical juncture - to lose Mediact to a
less progressive operator would be tragic.

Please take a moment to sign the petition and pass on this email.

best wishes
