Subject: [Stubblefield] Prometheus Releases New Automation Handbook
Hello All,

The long awaited Prometheus Radio Project handbook on Automation has been
released. Thanks a million to Jeff Shaw from KDRT-LP who has put together a
million resources about automation and interviewed many station members
about the systems that work best for them. Raduga? Itunes? Campcaster?
ZaraRadio? Megaseg? Which one is right for you and your station? Hopefully
the Automation Handbook will help you make that decision.

You can download the pdf from this link:
http://prometheusradio.org/media/station_support/Automation_Handbook_color.pdf

While there is no fee charged for downloading this automation we would
really appreciate any donations so that we can keep releasing great
handbooks like this, continue to do support work for stations across the
country and also expand LPFM radio to communities across the country. Here
is the link to our online donation: http://prometheusradio.org/donate/ and
it also has info for snail mail donations.

We will be commissioning handbooks in the near future and will let you know
how you can be involved.

Thanks,
Andalusia

"Radio is one sided when it should be two. It is purely an apparatus for
distribution, for mere sharing out. So here is a positive suggestion:
change this apparatus over from distribution to communication. The radio
would be the finest possible communication apparatus in public life, a vast
network of pipes. That is to say, it would be if it knew how to receive as
well as transmit, how to let the listener speak as well as hear, how to
bring someone into a relationship instead of isolating them." Bertolt
Brecht
