Station House Media Unit, at the forefront of Community Media
development in the UK, is a volunteer led charitable company operating
across the regeneration areas of Aberdeen, Scotland. We are looking for
3 exceptional, innovative, community minded individuals to join our team
in the following positions:

*shmuTrain Co-ordinator (Salary: £29,259 to £31,761)*
You will deliver a vibrant, contemporary and visionary training and
skills development programme, using community and digital media as a
meaningful and stimulating medium to increase the chances of young
people (14:19) of moving into employment, education or training. You
will be a highly motivated individual, with substantial project and line
management experience.

**//*shmuFM Radio Administrator (Salary: £20,388 to £22,370)*
You will work closely with the shmuFM manager and shmuFM management
group, in order to develop and implement processes, structures and
procedures underpinning the shmuFM community radio project. You will be
an experienced and highly motivated individual, well organised and
proficient in ICT and administration.

*Publications & Design Development Worker (Salary: £23,080 to £25,550)*
This post will support and develop the design element of our community
publications, support the graphic and web design needs, and develop
income-generating opportunities for the organisation.
