Clearly, Canada (Montreal, Quebec) is not as paranoid about microradio as some countries we know ;-), or maybe some CR enthusiasts there are a little bolder about establishing the triumph of art in an open society over bureaucracy.
The notice below is about an experiment (evidently) between a local community radio station (Jean-Talon 106.7) and microradio: simple cycle mounted txs broadcasting microFM. Impromptu, and open (the notice invites all to come and participate at a byob (bicycle, that is) picnic in the park). Note that the CR station is licensed for the frequency.
