George Atkins passed away today, here he reflects back on 30 years of Farm Radio International

Dr. George Atkins reflects back on 30 years of Farm Radio International: Dr. Atkins tells us the story of how he founded Farm Radio International (formerly Developing Countries Farm Radio Network) It is with sadness that we share the news that George Atkins died this morning.

Legions of people were touched by George’s life - George always inspired with his vision, passion, energy and commitment to serving smallholder farmers (and agriculture, the basic industry) through radio.
